Rock Wall Gardens specializes in selling a wide variety of hardy unique perennial plants, as well as several styles/sizes of
hand crafted hypertufa containers, workshops in both hypertufa and mosaic stained glass windows.
Plants
Our goal is to select plants with the following characteristics: long blooming, interesting all season,
drought tolerant, hardy to our area, unusual plants not normally found in other local garden centers.
We seek rare and unusual seeds from around the world not normally found in the retail trade, which we germinate,
grow in our gardens on site and observe for at least one year before offering to our customers. This allows us to
ensure we know the plants, know how they grow in our local area, and can ensure our unique plant labels depicit

We have 20+ gardens on site were you can actually see all the plants we sell and grow. Some of my particular favorite
plants are: alpines, rockery plantings, Lewisia, Saxifraga, Sedums, Sempervivums, Veronicas to name just a few. We carry

Hypertufa
We sell over 40 differant styles of hand crafted hypertufa containers, some already planted and/or empty for you to
add your own plants. They make great unique gifts for gardeners. If you want to create your own containers check

Along with our containers we have added limited Garden art items for sale such as
birdbaths, pedestals, mushrooms, water features and garden critters. (see workshops page for photos).
Mosaic Stained glass Windows
We have several hand made mosaic stained glass windows on display, to give you some ideas as to the differant
styles/designs you could create for your home/gardens. (click here to see workshop page & window photos.)

We do give 10% discount to members of the Ontario Horticultural society and gother organized arden clubs who
contact us and ask to be added. All you have to do is show us a current membership card to said groups.

The nursery is now closed as we prepare for spring.. Opens again 1 May 2008
Workshops in stain glass window do continue thru the fall, Winter until the end of March 2008
hypertufa containers, leaves, water features and our newest one making mushrooms start up again June 2008.
